My first Invited Technical keynote speech at International Seminar on Women Entrepreneurship Development and Gender Equality happened on Dec 17th ,2019. Organised by St. Gregorious College, Kottarakkara. 

I chose the topic of my session as "Gender Stereotyping and Culture of Innovation". The topic is close to my heart and with the current state of affairs, innovation arena will take 106 years to close the gender gap even if we take action now. I shared my own experiences as an entrepreneur and innovator as well as explained my review of various researches in the topic.
